Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The seeds must be in their original, unopened packaging.
- Timeframe: Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Non-Germinated Seeds: If you experience issues with seed germination, we will gladly offer assistance. Please note that germination can vary depending on several factors, such as climate and care. Returns for non-germination will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
How to Return Your Items
- Contact Us: Before sending back any item, please contact us at our customer support email (admin@slynax.xyz) with your order number and details about the product(s) you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA). Items returned without an RA number will not be processed.
- Packaging: Ensure that the seeds are in their original, unopened packaging. Please pack them securely to avoid damage during the return shipping process.
- Shipping Costs: The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Refunds: Once the return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different variety of seeds, we can assist with that. Simply contact us and we will guide you through the exchange process. Please note that the exchange process is subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items:
- Opened or used seed packets.
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at support@slynax.xyz with a photo of the item and its packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by sending a replacement or offering a full refund.
